Service Details

Services that we provide include: 

• Disposable timing chips and generic bib for each participant.

• Application of timing chips onto bibs.

• Set-up of chip timing equipment at the finish line.

• Set-up of our overhead truss system, if needed.

   

• Race-day registration data entry.

   

• Final race results emailed to you and posted online after race finish.

• Timing services for events up to 8 miles. Pricing will change for longer events.

• Up to 4 events taking place at the same time. (For example, if you have 1 mile and 5K options).

• Live results available online as runners finish 

• Race website and registration page creation through RunSignup 

• USATF Course Certification

*Note that our pricing includes travel of up to 50 miles from San Angelo, TX. (This includes Grape Creek, Christoval, etc.). For travel to Midland, Odessa, Abilene, etc., we add $250. Travel to DFW, Austin, or San Antonio, we add $500.
