Event pricing

In general, we charge $2.25 per registered runner with a $400 minimum. If your race will have more than 500 runners, contact us for discounted pricing.

This price includes:

• Disposable timing chips and generic bib for each participant.

• Application of timing chips onto bibs.

• Set-up of chip timing equipment at the finish line.

• Set-up of our overhead truss system.

• Travel of up to 50 miles from San Angelo, TX. (This includes Grape Creek, Christoval, etc.). Travel to Midland, Odessa, Abilene, etc., add $50. Travel to DFW, Austin, San Antonio, etc., add $100.

• Race-day registration data entry.

• Race results printed and posted at the race site periodically as runners finish.

• Final race results emailed to you and posted online after race finish.

• Timing services for events up to 8 miles. Pricing will change for longer events.

• Up to 4 events taking place at the same time. (For example, if you have 1 mile and 5K options).

• Live results are available for an additional charge if cell service or wifi is available.

150 registered runners in Abilene, TX
$2.25 x 150 = $337.50 is below the $400 minimum
Total = $400 + $50 travel = $450

250 registered runners in Midland, TX
$2.25 x 250 = $562.50 + $50 travel = $612.50

350 registered runners in Dallas, TX
$2.25 x 350 = $787.50 + $100 travel fee to Dallas = $887.50
